Yiwu International Expo Center: About

Yiwu International Expo Center is located in the cultural center area of Yiwu City, north of Jiangdong Road, east of Zongze Road, adjacent to Meihu Convention and Exhibition Center in the west, Yiwu River in the north, close to the South Ring Expressway, International Trade City and the planned The central business district is 1.5 kilometers away from the International Trade City, 10 kilometers away from Yiwu Airport, and 14 kilometers away from the new railway station, with convenient transportation.

Yiwu International Expo Center consists of two projects, the exhibition hall and the supporting five-star hotel, with a total land area of 219 acres, a total construction area of more than 296,000 square meters, and a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan. Among them, the main exhibition hall of the building has a total construction area of more than 240,000 square meters and can provide 5,300 international standard booths; the matching five-star hotel project has a total construction area of 55,593 square meters and can provide 337 (sets) of guest rooms. The project is fully invested and constructed by Zhejiang China Commodity City Group Co., Ltd.

The main body of the exhibition hall of the International Expo Center has 2 floors above the ground , with a total of 10 standard exhibition halls, one of which can be used as a banquet hall, and 4 small exhibition halls and a parking lot on the basement floor. The exhibition hall has complete service facilities, equipped with a large-scale press conference hall that can accommodate 300-500 people, a large-scale multi-functional hall that can accommodate 3500-4000 people for meetings or 400 tables of banquets at the same time, and a fast-food restaurant that can accommodate 2000 people for dining at the same time. There are nearly 20 large, medium and small meeting rooms, a parking lot that can park more than 700 cars at the same time, as well as bars, coffee shops, canteens, and postal, transportation and civil aviation service points. The exhibition hall consists of five two-story rectangular exhibition halls arranged fan-shaped around the central square, with a 23.3-meter-high prologue hall in the middle, with a new, unique layout and magnificent momentum. The exhibition halls adopt an integrated design mode, the halls are transparent and relatively independent, the fire danger evacuation function is good, and different exhibitions can be used at the same time.

There are 2 exhibition halls in the east hall, which can provide 1,000 international standard booths , and the exhibition area of a single hall is 10,000 square meters. In terms of the functions of the exhibition hall, the unimpeded flow of people, vehicles and information has been fully considered. The venue has fully entered the era of modern intelligent networks. The overall wiring of the exhibition hall is applied to broadband transmission, and the audience login system, computer query system, and security inspection system are highly intelligent.

Instructions for the organizer of the exhibition:

The organizer must ensure the legitimacy of the exhibition, be responsible for obtaining the commodity exhibition registration certificate and safety permit and submit the copies to the center for filing.
The organizer must ensure that the name and content of the exhibition conform to the contract.
The undertaker shall pay strictly according to the terms stipulated in the contract, otherwise the center has the right to refuse the undertaker to enter the site.
The organizer arranges the exhibition schedule according to the contract, and arranges, launches, and dismantles the exhibition within the specified time. If it is necessary to enter the exhibition hall in advance, it can only enter the venue after paying the corresponding fee according to the charging standard of the center after being approved by the center.
20 days before entering the venue, the organizer should submit the final floor plan of the booth, the number list of exhibitors, etc. so that we can arrange the exhibition site and make the fascia board according to the organizer’s requirements and inform us in time if there is any change.
The organizer should notify the construction unit of the special booth in advance to submit the special booth arrangement plan, as well as the construction effect drawing, floor plan and structural drawing, which will be reviewed and approved by the organizer together with the center, before entering the site for construction.
If the International Expo Center provides supporting services for the exhibition, the organizer should submit the detailed information on the need for the supporting services of the exhibition hall in advance and pay the corresponding fees according to the standards of the center.
