Overview of VEC Vietnam Exposition Center

The VEC – Vietnam Exposition Center, a strategic project invested by Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company (VEFAC), a subsidiary of Vingroup, will officially open on August 19, 2025. Aimed at replacing the old Giang Vo Exhibition Center, this project is expected to elevate Vietnam’s position on the international economic and cultural map.

The Vietnam Exposition Center is designed with inspiration from the Golden Turtle, a symbol of Vietnamese culture, with a main dome 56m high and 360m in diameter representing the turtle’s head, and eight auxiliary domes representing its legs. Combined with the image of a lotus flower, the national exhibition center not only boasts high aesthetic value but also applies green technologies such as photovoltaic materials, smart glass, and translucent green roofing.
