Helipad Exhibition Centre is Gujarat’s Largest Exhibition and Convention Centre. It was established to elevate the experience of witnessing ideas in action from conventions and exhibitions to large scale private events. It has witnessed some of India’s most exciting summits and exhibitions. HEC offers the largest space and an ideal location amidst a lush green, peaceful environment.

The Exhibition and Convention Center is spread across 45 acres with a carpet area of 11,00,000 sq feet. This enormous area will house 15 exhibition halls with state-of-the-art technology and infrastructure to lavishly organize international conventions and conferences.

With a high load bearing capacity of 10 tons/sq. m, the 7-18 mts. high exhibition halls are ideal for live demonstration of heavy machinery and can also be converted to double-storey booths. The premises include a media lounge, protocol lounge and control room. It also offers parking facility to 10,000 cars and the authorities have planted over 500 trees around the premises for environmental conservation

HEC was developed by GARUD to fill the need of an international standard venue in the state of Gujarat to organize Global Meets, Conventions, seminars, conferences, exhibitions of both national and international level with the state of art facilities. Gandhinagar Railway and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (GARUD) is a Joint Venture Company incorporated on 5th January, 2017 between Government of Gujarat (GOG) and Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation Ltd (IRSDCL) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with equity Contribution of 74% from Government of Gujarat (GOG) and 26% from Ministry of Railway (MOR).
