ICE Hanoi International Exhibition Center is a joint venture between the Viet-Xo Friendship Labor Culture Palace and Vietnam Advertising and Convention Exhibition Joint Stock Company (VCCI EXPO) approved by the competent authorities in the form of “Business cooperation contract” on the basis that VCCI EXPO Company invests in the entire building and is responsible for the operation and management.
The whole ICE Hanoi Exhibition Hall is a new investment model to replace the old one that is no longer suitable.
