Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) is a unit of Diligent Pinkcity Center Pvt. Ltd. JECC is the largest pillarless exhibition – convention – entertainment facility of its kind in all of South Asia. The multi-purpose spaces at JECC feature a striking contemporary design, making them the perfect venues for all types of events including exhibitions, conferences, corporate meetings, entertainment events, seminars and banquets. In addition to being the perfect backdrop for every occasion, the experts at JECC provide end-to-end event planning and management, making it a one-stop destination for world-class services.
The 42-acre property consists of two exhibition halls with combined column-space of 20,000 sq. meters & an exquisite Convention Centre featuring an elegantly designed ballroom measuring over 1,100 sq. m in area and 14 meeting venues split across two levels. This splendid facility also has open-air venue options: a 5,000 sq. m lawn and an expansive outdoor exhibition area. The upcoming 241-room five-star hotel is going to be the jewel in the crown.
This premier and bespoke facility is located merely 15 minutes away from the Jaipur International Airport, in Sitapura.
Hall 1 & Hall 2:
These colossal uninterrupted 10,000 sq. m. spaces provide traders as well as exhibitors a perfect venue for every industry-related event. Together these massive halls can accommodate more than 30,000 people at a time. Connected with the common entrance plaza, the hall 1 and hall 2 form two massive wings of the entire facility. Clear ceiling height of 13m, building height of 20m, and 20 tonnes/sq. m. floor holding capacity provides ample space for elaborate stall designs. Equal in area; both these halls can house multiple projection seating arrangements like banquet back (3,900 capacity), banquet front (4,040 capacity), theatre back (7,880 capacity), theatre front (8,300 capacity), classroom back (3,740 capacity), classroom front (3,940 capacity), cabaret back (3,120 capacity) and cabaret front (3,230 capacity).
Additional outdoor area offers the facility of thematic and palatial exhibition setups.
Convention Centre:
Connected to the Hall 1 and the upcoming 5 star hotel, the convention centre of JECC is capable of holding both plenary sessions and international congress. The main entrance of this facility first brings you at the permanent registration counters that in turn give way to the spacious pre-function foyer. Space here can be also utilized for mini-exhibitions & displays. This pre-function foyer also extends itself to another floor.
The ground level foyer takes you to the 1,100 sq. m. ballroom that has 1,200 delegates’ capacity and has a stage size of 32′ x 24′. It also has a retractable fitted seating for 740. Two green rooms and a VIP lounge are located just adjacent to this ballroom. This expansive centre further includes 13 breakout rooms on the upper floor.
The whole centre is well-equipped with AV set-up and interpreter rooms for six languages. Space of these rooms varies from 127 sq. meter to 64 sq. meter, thus providing you the provision of proper customization.
