HKTDC Food Expo 2026: 36th Edition
The Food Expo provides an effective marketing platform for exhibitors to increase brand awareness and expand retail business.
Food Expo, that takes place annually at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, brings together gourmets from all over the world. It is aimed both at retailers, manufacturers and suppliers as well as the general public and is divided into two areas: the Trade Hall and the Public Hall. A comprehensive entertainment program with cooking shows of prominent chefs, tastings, award shows, etc. completes the culinary experience. The Food Expo is held in conjunction with Hong Kong International Tea Fair, International Conference & Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products and HKTDC Hong Kong Lifestyle Showcase.
The Food Expo will take place on 5 days from 13 – 17 August, 2026 in Hong Kong.
HKTDC Food Expo Trade Hall transformed into HKTDC Food Expo PRO
The Food Expo 2026 Trade Hall will transform into Food Expo PRO this year. Riding on the past success of Food Expo Trade Hall, the Food Expo PRO will focus on and further deepen the B2B elements, with a view to providing a one-stop professional business platform to help F&B industry players explore opportunities and build connections.
Food Expo PRO will adopt the EXHIBITION + hybrid model with the physical exhibition to be held on 13 – 17 August, 2026 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, while Click2Match, the smart business matching platform will open from 13 – 17 August, 2026, helping participants to connect business partners proactively both in person and online.
