India – Sheet Metal Market Size Expected to Grow at a CAGR over 4.8% from 2019 to 2025.

The market size of India’s metal working sector during 2018-2019 was around 2,450 crore Indian metal forming industry has a market share of around 25 per cent. Around 75 per cent of metal working machines consumed in India are imported.

Automotive industry is already using high level automation for presses, sheet metal forming and robotics for welding. These technological changes witnessed in automotive industry are likely to play a major role in consumer durables and other high precision manufacturing technology.
