VietFish Ho Chi Minh City 2026: 27th Edition
Vietfish International Seafood Exhibition will mark its 27-year journey of accompanying and development with Vietnam seafood industry by holding the biggest and most prestigious annual event in Vietnam and Southeast Asia at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC).

Following the success of previous exhibitions, Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP) made huge investments for Vietfish 2026 to attract over 200+ exhibitors and 500+ booths from Vietnam and 15 other countries. Vietfish 2026 keeps being an ideal business destination for seafood businesses, creating sustainable value connections while proving Vietnam seafood quality and affirming its position in the global market. Hundreds of key export products including frozen seafood, fresh seafood, canned seafood, dried seafood, and fish sauce, etc., in addition to a variety of supporting industries such as technology, equipment, clean energy industry, etc. are gathering together to paint a vivid picture of Vietnam seafood industry.

Making its 27th anniversary, Vietfish 2026 will continue to attract a wide range of trading activities, especially the signing ceremony of contracts for purchasing and supplying seafood products, and strategic cooperation in aquaculture and seafood processing. Wider Space:
VIETFISH international exhibition space has been expanded with Hall B1 for the first time after 26 years, increasing the total area from 10,000 m² to 14,000 m² to meet the display and promotion needs of businesses in the seafood supply chain. This additional space facilitates the the Organizer to carry out better showcasing and trading activities. This year’s event promises to leave a special impression and bring interesting experiences to visitors by gathering many seafood suppliers from the world such as the US with its famous Alaska salmon products besides Indonesia, India, Russia, Japan, China, etc. with wild-caught seafood products.
Food Area:
as a favorite highlight for visitors especially domestic consumers, the “Cooking show – seafood tasty sampling” area at Vietfish not only showcases a diverse range of flavor and quality Vietnamese products that are famous in the global market, but also enables consumers to experience amazing and attractive culinary performances by professional chefs. In a country with a rich culinary culture like Vietnam, a special attention is always paid by chefs to the creative combination of familiar ingredients such as soy, tropical spices, and vegetables, etc. to enhance the flavor of seafood dishes.
