SIGEP Asia Singapore 2026: 3rd Edition
Now in its third edition, SIGEP Asia & Restaurant Asia 2026 will take place from 15 to 17 July at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore, confirming its role as the key event for the Foodservice and F&B industries across Southeast Asia.
The ASEAN market, one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-growing economic areas with around 620 million inhabitants, is showing an increasing demand for specialized companies offering high-quality products. This trend strengthens the boutique format of the event, which stands out from mass-market exhibitions thanks to its highly selected audience, tailored B2B meetings, and targeted activities designed to highlight the most relevant supply chains.
2026 Highlights:
GELATO
Around 10 teams will compete in the Asian Selection to qualify for the Gelato World Cup 2028 in Rimini.
BAKERY & PIZZA
The Asian selections for the Bakery World Championship – Bread in the City 2027 at SIGEP World will take place, in collaboration with the Singapore Bakery & Confectionery Association (SBCTA), Richemont Club Italy e Richemont International.
COFFEE
- Singapore National Coffee Championship organized by Singapore Coffee Association, featuring competitions on espresso, latte art, cappuccino, and brewing.
- Speciality Coffee Association with demos e talks.
CHOCOLATE
With Brand Ambassador Janice Wong and her iconic chocolate wall, alongside bean-to-bar companies and artisanal producers.
