Food Japan 2025: Event Profile
Food Japan 2025 is ASEAN’s largest dedicated showcase on Japanese food and beverage, with an array of authentic Japanese ingredients and food, culinary techniques and equipment, plus demos and classes.
Serving as a bridge for F&B businesses between Japan and ASEAN, Food Japan provides visitors with valuable opportunities to understand, explore collaborations and learn more about the versatility of classic Japanese ingredients, quality seasonal produces, unique prefecture specialties as well as innovative technology and machinery.

2025 Food Expo is a three-day event is an all-encompassing showcase of food, drinks and related equipment and machinery from all over Japan. Food Japan is launched to showcase the beauty and versatility of Japanese produce that can be incorporated into many types of cuisines. By celebrating the intricacies of Japanese cuisine, 2025 Event aims to promote the rich heritage, culture and wide array of agricultural produce that Japan has to offer. The show caters to F&B professionals, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, importers and distributors, retailers as well as new business owners and investors in the food business.

The expo features an abundance of products ranging from the finest meats, seafood, condiments, confectioneries and drinks to kitchenware, food preparation machinery and more. One of the key highlights is the introduction of Japan’s distilled spirits like whiskey, brandy and vodka – Honkaku Shochu & Awamori into the market.
