Asia Catering Expo 2026: 4th Edition

4th Asia Catering Expo (ACE) runs from May 22 to 24, 2026 at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. Exhibits cover hotpot bases, sauces, specialty ingredients, catering equipment, takeout packaging, and smart restaurant systems. Organized by Comexposium Group, with support from CCPIT Shandong and WFCCI, the expo connects all segments of the catering industry. It provides sourcing opportunities, showcases new technologies, and promotes cooperation across the foodservice supply chain.

The Asian Catering Expo is a brand exhibition created by France-based Comexposium Group. The exhibition will feature a wide range of products including hot pot, ready-made meals, barbecues, restaurant chain franchises, Western restaurant supplies, hotel supplies, and kitchen equipment, said Wang Zhigang, deputy director of the municipal bureau of commerce.

The 50,000-square-meter expo will host than 1,000 domestic and international catering brands. More than 80,000 professional visitors are expected to attend the event.

The expo will have four main exhibition halls for international brands, ready-made meals, hot pot and barbecue, and restaurant chain franchises.

Presently, countries including Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, and Sri Lanka, as well as Chinese provinces and cities such as Anhui, Jiangsu, Chengdu, Nanjing, Xi’an, and Yinchua have confirmed their participation in the expo.

Many industry associations such as Shandong Cuisine Association will also be present at the expo.

The expo will serve as a platform for industry exchanges and economic cooperation, and host a series of supporting activities, including one main forum, and several industry events to bring together industry experts, master chefs, and industry elites from both China and abroad.
