The 40th edition of AAHAR – The International Food & Hospitality Fair will be jointly organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) and India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) from March 10-14, 2026 at the iconic venue of Bharat Mandapam (New Delhi).
