inSKLAD Ukraine 2026: Overview

The inSKLAD exhibition was created for the development of warehouse logistics in Ukraine

inSKLAD is the leading trade fair in Ukraine dedicated exclusively to modern warehouse logistics. As a specialized platform for cutting-edge technologies, intelligent systems, and tailored solutions in warehousing, intralogistics, and automation, it serves as a central hub for the industry.

Each year, inSKLAD opens its doors at the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in Kyiv – the country’s largest exhibition venue. The event is organized by Premier Expo, an experienced trade fair organizer with a strong track record of successfully introducing international formats to the Ukrainian market. With its focus on improving domestic supply chains and integrating global best practices, inSKLAD is increasingly becoming a key meeting point for decision-makers in the logistics sector across Eastern Europe.

The fair covers all key aspects of modern warehouse logistics – from equipment and automation technologies to software solutions and logistics services. It addresses not only traditional logistics providers but also industrial, commercial, and e-commerce companies seeking to optimize their storage and shipping processes for the future.

One of inSKLAD’s core objectives is to support the reconstruction and modernization of Ukraine’s logistics infrastructure. The event offers a platform where international suppliers and manufacturers are showcased alongside Ukrainian companies presenting their products, technologies, and innovations to a professional audience.

Exhibitors represent a wide range of sectors, including logistics service providers, systems integrators, IT companies, and warehouse technology manufacturers. The fair attracts professionals such as operations managers, logistics executives, warehouse supervisors, engineers, procurement leaders, and supply chain experts from Ukraine and, increasingly, from other Eastern European countries.

The International Exhibition Centre impresses with its modern facilities, excellent public transport connections, and proximity to hotels, restaurants, and the international airport. With this combination of content and convenience, inSKLAD is the ideal destination for anyone shaping the future of warehouse logistics in Ukraine.

The inSKLAD will take place on 3 days from Tuesday, 28 – 30 October, 2026 in Kiev.
