Emotional Intelligence - EQ - is a relatively recent behavioral model, rising to prominence with Daniel Goleman's 1995 Book called 'Emotional Intelligence'. The EQ principles provide a new way to understand and assess people's behaviours, management styles, attitudes, interpersonal skills, and potential. It relates strongly with concepts of love and spirituality which brings compassion and humanity at work.

The EQ concept argues that conventional or IQ as we commonly refer is too narrow; that there are wider areas of intelligence that dictate and enable our success. We have all met people who are academically brilliant and yet are socially and inter-personally inept. EQ is the golden key to success.

Conducted numerous workshops on Emotional intelligence. Successfully implemented 360-Degree appraisals at Eurotherm Del India Limited. Mr. Ragesh had a fruitful stint at Kone Elevators and Pentagon Global solutions. He did his Masters in Social Work (Personnel Management & Labour Welfare). Also a Diploma holder in Sathya Sai Education and obtained a green belt certificate in six sigma from QT & T.
