KIOGE: Kazakhstan Oil & Gas Exhibition – About

KIOGE 2024 is Kazakhstan’s established and the best attended oil and gas trade exhibition and conference in the region.

KIOGE 2024 Exhibition has become the traditional meeting place for leaders to discuss key developments in Kazakhstan’s oil and gas sector. The exhibition will bring together over 4,200 visitors and more than 340 local and international oil and gas companies.

The exhibition provides an opportunity to showcase your company to international policy makers, government officials and leaders of major commercial companies. The adjoining conference which will take place at the Intercontinental Almaty Hotel, and will provide a unique forum for a balanced and independent discussion, along with an in-depth analysis of the current oil and gas market trends in the Kazakh and Caspian regions.

Since its launch, KIOGE 2024 has received the support of the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of the Almaty City, KazMunaiGas National Company, Association of Service Companies of Kazakhstan and the annual involvement from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan as well as Diplomatic Missions of the participating countries.

The purpose of the event is to highlight and discuss issues and current topics of Kazakhstan’s oil and gas industry, introduce smart technologies, and digitize oil production processes.

On the eve of the exhibition, an important event of this year was signing of Memorandum of Cooperation between Kazakhstan Association of Oil and Gas and Energy Complex “KAZENERGY” and Kazakhstan exhibition company “ITECA“, which took place in early March 2018 in Astana.

It is to be recall that the organizers of two key oil and gas events: KAZENERGY Forum and KIOGE exhibition and conferences decided to hold the events every two years.

In 2017 – 310 companies from 20 countries took part in the exposition, namely: Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, UAE, India, Iran, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, China, the Netherlands, Poland, Korea, Russia, the United States, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, France, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Japan.

The conference was attended by 593 delegates and 28 speakers, relying on last year experience, the organisers expect the number of participants to increase significantly this year.

KIOGE 2024 will present the latest technological, engineering and software developments for oil and gas producing companies from leading oil and gas companies, oilfield service companies and industry suppliers. In addition, the exhibition will host business meetings, presentations, negotiations between companies and government agencies.

KIOGE 2024 traditionally takes place with the official support of Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Almaty, JSC National Company “KazMunayGas”, Union of Service Companies of Kazakhstan “KazService”, “KAZENERGY”, and diplomatic missions of participating countries.
