Hale Human Capital is an Organization Development consultancy firm and a sister concern of Hale Electronics (I) Pvt limited. Mr. Umesh, Ramaseshan Iyer and Mr. Ragesh are the founders and principal consultants of Hale Human Capital. A team of six consultants will be partnering with the clients to strengthen their human capital.

Mr. S. Srinivasan is the mentor of Hale Human Capital. He has a Masters degree in law, and in Human Resource Management, a PG Dip from ISTD, and is a certified professional in cyber laws. He is also an accredited Management teacher by AIMA. He has two decades of industrial experience d. He has more than a decade of Consulting experience and is extensively involved in all H.R, I. R and Training activities. He has been contributing articles on Matters of professional interest.

Mr. Ramaseshan Iyer is a dynamic professional with 24 years of experience in all areas of Human Resource Management. An alumnus of XLRI and a former Group 'A' Civil Services Officer (IOFS). He did his LL.B. He was with Hyundai Motor India Limited, Chennai as Assistant General Manager - HR.

Mr.Umesh is an Engineer by qualification and his forte is sales, marketing and relationship management.

Mrs. Suma obtained her masters degree in statistics and also has a Bachelors degree in education. She has rich experience in banking Industry and has worked in ING Vysya bank for more than a decade. Takes care of implementation of HR solutions.

Mrs. Shubha is an articulate communicator and an engineering graduate within a decade of industrial experience and a specialist in competency mapping.

Mr. Sudhir is our empanelled consultant and obtained his MBA from ENPC, Paris in Operations Management & BE in Electronics & Communication. Attended EDP courses in IIM Ahmedabad.
