Viswa Exporters was incepted in the year 1999 by three influential personalities MR. SARAVANAN, MR. VIJAYABASKAR & MR. SEKAR. Each having more than a decade of industrial experience, our mentors have been able to take us places under their motivated and influential leadership. Infrastructure

Our robust and well equipped infrastructure has enabled us to meet the customer requirement on time. Our infrastructure includes a manufacturing units spread over the area of 50000 sq. feet and has the capacity of 40000 units. Along with this, we are also possessed with a design unit where CAD/ CAM facilities are being efficiently used in the initial stages of production. The manufacturing and design unit are equipped with modern and sophisticated machines which are kept in perfect working conditions to utilize the available resources to the best of the abilities. The various machines we use are the following:

• Printing

Besides the manufacturing and design unit, we are equipped with cabinet dyeing and weaving factory which is equipped with looms of all possible widths and maximum of 320 cm.

Quality Assurance

We work under a quality paradigm which is framed as per ISO standards and client's requirements. Under the paradigm, we conduct tests at every stage of production on the following parameters:

• Color Fastness at 40 to 60 degree in SGS standards
• Shrinkage Control
• Uniform Dyeing
• AZO test
• Dry rubbing
• Wet rubbing for dark colors, crooking meter
• Shrinkage test - maximum 3-4 %

These tests are performed as per the norms set up by ISO under the strict inspection of our quality inspectors.
